Very slow service, 20 minutes to warm up a slice of pizza that they give me without even a bag. This is how it looks inside. Very disappointing
When things get a bit dreary and the everyday rut gets to you, Aromi is a lovely little place that reminds you of the good things in life. The pizzas are delicious, light and fresh, and you can't fault the coffee/desserts. The caponata is a favourite. Pick up a slice and walk to the river, and settle down on the grass, only to realize that you're surrounded by other pizza-wielding people who, like you, have turned to Aromi for comfort.
Why go to any of the usual lunch/coffee/sandwich chains when you can go here?! I had one of the best sandwiches of my life (an amazing cheesy vegetarian panini), as well as a couple of incredible arancini. It was so good I felt compelled to leave a review, and I hope to go back one day!
Not normally a fan of Italian food, however this has changed my perception completely! Simply incredible food!!!! The bread is fresh, crisp, light and full of flavour. I tried all the types of pizza slices, each were simply amazing! Their desserts are also to die for! I think the few days I’ve been in Cambridge I have happily put on a stone, because I can’t stop eating this godly food!
