Our family have used both the osteopathy and podiatry service at Better NOW for several years. Both Sarah and Leah are dedicated to doing all they can to improve patient health, even if it means thinking outside the box. They have both gone beyond what you would normally expect from healthcare professionals and we feel totally confident in continuing to use their services in these unusual times. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful local service.

Was recommended by a friend to approach Better NOW for toenail surgery, as local NHS podiatry is not available at the moment. Leah and her staff were very welcoming and very informative. I felt in very good hands throughout. The nail surgery was pain free, truly. Support after the procedure was excellent. Dressings were supplied to cover ten or so days. Advice whether face to face or by tel was clear and detailed. I have no hesitation in recommending Leah and her colleagues.
Leah and the team are amazing. The service they provide is fantastic. I had a verruca that I must of had for 16 years. I developed incredible anxiety to the point I would always wear socks, never go swimming and I also developed a germ phobia off the back of it. I was incredibly embarrassed and it impacted my life greatly. I had tried everything to get rid of it but nothing worked. I was recommended to see Leah and i cried at my appointment. She was so understanding and she and the team changed my life. Months later its gone. 100% gone. Ive got my confidence back and I've made leaps and bounds. Im forever grateful thank you so much. I've just returned from a podiatrist appointment for my teenage son, and we are both very pleased with the care, treatment, clear and helpful communication. The reception staff has been very professional from the point of booking of appointment. This is a highly recommended place!
From booking in the phone all the way through to the end of my podiatry appointment, I felt very positive about my experience. I’m not great at going to new surroundings, but Leah listened patiently to my moans about my knee and ankle. She was very professional and explained how to right the wrongs of my wonky feet. She looked at me walk on the treadmill and made an immediate difference as the orthotics I needed were in stock. So, in under an hour I walked out having been made to feel amazing and with my feet more aligned. Thank you Leah, you have made walking a pleasurable experience again!
