I visited this sacred resting place in 2018 during my visit to the United Kingdom. The visitors center is must to see. I casually walked the grounds taking in the beauty of the grounds and the well maintained property in honor of our deceased Veterans. The wall of those who perished brings chills to your spine. I had the honor of meeting a local bagpiper who was practicing in the back of the cemetery. Thank you to all of those who maintain and care for the cemetery.

Lovely sunny afternoon (rained on us before and after, though) and happened to see the sign en route to somewhere else. I swear I didn't see any road signs directing to this place. A nice, quiet, solemn place as befits a cemetery and memorial. There is a visitor centre which is informative.
We would like to thank the staff at the Cambridge American Cemetery and Memorial for helping us after a car accident near by. The staff was very kind and generous, sheltering us from the cold wind and offering us water and coffee. We hope that the families of those resting here can be assured the memorial is staffed by such kind and good people.
Visited on a cold, wet February Sunday morning but that did not matter to me. These fallen hero's didn't have a choice in what weather to fight and paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. A beautiful memorial & cemetary and quite an emotional personal experience. RIP "Heroes"
Visited here just after Christmas to pay our respects to brave airman my brother had discovered and recovered. Such a beautiful and tranquil place, you could quite easily spent hours here. There's a museum with information. Will definitely come back in the summer to see it again. Took lots of photos and sent them to the family of the missing relative. Grounds are keep amazingly perfect.
Brings home the debt we owe to the USA and Commonwealth Countries who came to Great Britain's aide in our time of need. An excellent area of remembrance , with the wall of names and fields of crosses, it's kept in pristine condition. The visitors centre is well worth visiting to bring home the personal touch.
We had a very poignant day at Madingley honouring Staff Sgt Harry W Estabrooks, Sgt Maurice D Robbins and Sgt Charles H Tuttle and the other seven crew members of ‘Mi Amigo’ whose B-17 came down in Endcliffe Park, Sheffield 75 years ago. At Endcliffe Park yesterday, 10,000 people gathered to mark the event which fulfilled the lifelong dream of 82-year-old Tony Foulds, who was eight years old when he saw the bomber crash into the woods next to where he and his friends were playing. Shortly after the service at Madingley, the flight of 4 F-15 Strike Eagles from RAF Lakenheath flew over the Cemetery in a very tight formation against a beautiful blue sky on their way back from the ceremony in Sheffield - a very fitting tribute.
Very nice history attraction and keeped very well
