Matt came through on point yet again for the 3rd year in a row, the big tree he supplied me with this year was yet another great looking tree and I would not go anywhere else for my out door Christmas trees, this year tree took 18,000 lights to cover and it looks amazing. Keep up the great work Matt

Amazing service Matt was on point with his attitude, service and advice and delivered good on his promise of an amazing hand picked tree for the 2 year in a row now and I'll continue using him as I have 100% confidence in his services, I've been proud to recommend him to the many many enquiries I get on \where did you get your amazing tree from\ this year's tree is awesome measuring 18ft from base to tip and is lit up with 10,000 lights (not quiet enough but there's more on order) anyway I've added a picture of the tree I had delivered this year as it went up and was decorated with lights yesterday 30/11/19. AN EASY 5 STARS

We are still haunted by the tree we were delivered in December... by the time we added decorations, it literally started to fall apart... everywhere. I phoned “Matt” the delivery person and he suggested it must be my attitude, which was rather odd. I asked if we could have a replacement tree and that I would even pay for another one for the kids’ sake, but he outright said we ought to have chosen better in the first place and to just make do with what he had. Think we might just do that and go elsewhere!! Beware, rude people and unpredictable trees!

Very disappointed. We ordered a tree from this company last Christmas that fell apart, literally on Christmas Eve. Phoned Matt the manager and he said it was just bad luck. I asked if we could order another (we have small kids who were utterly dismayed) and he was very aggressive down the phone. (anger issues?) Not the sort of service I would have expected, from anyone! We've two family friends who have also experienced disappointment from this company, so we felt it important to add a review here. Went with Rectory Farm Shop instead this year- perfect tree, friendly service.
