Avoid! Bike stolen yesterday. Used a good quality D lock but thief only had to remove two bolts from the bracket of the parking space / frame in order to get it. Presume they then took bike with D lock still attached.

After reading the reviews I was worried about leaving my bike there. However, happy to say that it was not stolen parked from Friday morning till Monday morning, used kryptonite u-lock. Removed lights etc and parked next to nicer looking bikes. Probably wouldn’t risk with expensive bike, too much stress!
Biggest theft hotspot in Cambridge. Safer on the street. Thieves pull the lock bars straight out of the ground.
Worst place ever for leaving your bike. Many of the stands on the first floor are loose from the floor on one side. People will lock their bikes there thinking there are safe without noticing that they can be easily removed by just taking the lock out through the loose side.
Great place to park, but like other comments i see, thieves appear to operate with impunity. I just had my bike nicked over the weekend. I used an expensive d-lock to attach it to the bracket of a raised rack on the top level right next to to the CCTV. They removed the bracket and must have carried it down two flights with the locks still attached. Why are the brackets that flimsy!? why isn't there any security or effort made ot make this a secure location where people can travel as they should by bicycle and train. Another case of 'Broken Britain' I'm afraid.

Parked my bike between 05:00 - 22:00 Hrs Could only give half a star for this place since it's such a horrible place to park a good bike. Might be a place for cheaper bikes to get some protection from Rain and shine. My D-Lock was broken / bent right in front of the CCTV camera in the parking lot (Not sure if those cameras work/ of any use/ might be a dummy) , thieves here apparently don't care about CCTV there. If you are a person who thinks CCTV might deter them, Sadly no. Luckily I had 2 locks on my bike and my bike was not stolen. In the process of breaking a lock the thief has bent my chainset/crankset. I will need another 150 for repairs. Will never ever park my bike there. I might consider taking a taxi to the station instead, for all it's worth.
The least secure place in Cambridge to leave your bike. If you go here at night, there's a good chance you'll bump into a sorry looking, sad thieving sack of a human.
