My experience with them has been incredibly disappointing. Unfortunately they lost my duvet for which I pre-paid 19.50 for dry cleaning. However the most disappointing aspect was the unprofessional way in which this was dealt with by the staff and manager. I received no apology, and was told by staff they could ‘do nothing’, and I had to see the manager. Unfortunately after 5 trips to the dry cleaners, at times when I was assured the manager would be there, he has conveniently not been there. I was also promised phone calls to resolve the issue which never materialised. I have been forced to contact the head office to resolve the issue. Incredibly unprofessional. Avoid!!
They will take extra care to your laundry, very great service.
Clothes and items always cleaned well. Friendly service. Would be great if there was an express 1 day service though.
