Came here after looking at a car elsewhere and the service here was far far better. Tom Lambert dealt with us. With everything going on, it was organised so so well. We came from Norwich and was so pleased with how smooth and quick everything was. Every question was answered and he was so polite. Would highly recommend people to go here and ask for Tom.

Its a bit of a strange experience visiting a car dealer under the current circumstances but EMG Mazda put all precautions in place. Paul looked after me and hosted me for the test drive. Enjoyed it so much I bought the car.

All my questions answered and photos and video looked good so online deposit made. Click and collect arranged around Xmas break and car was outside and as good as described. Sales staff were brilliant and kept distance with masks and all handover done outside. Although the Mazda 6 is 7 yr old it was well prepared and is a great car. Daughter is over the moon ! Would definitely buy from them again.

As a first time customer at EMG Motor Group Cambridge, I certainly hope it's not my last time. We recently bought a used car and the whole process was excellent, from start to finish. Tom Lambert, the member of staff that we dealt with, was very professional and really reliable throughout. He made the test driving experience really relaxing, making it easy to get a true feeling for the car. Furthermore, he was really friendly and helpful during the sales process and ensured that the car was in an excellent condition upon the final handover as well. It seems that my review when I first purchased my vehicle, 1 July 2018, has suddenly disappeared for whatever reason? Anyway, I would like to say, that I cannot recommend the services of EMG high enough. Everything that needed to be put right, was done so, without argument or resentment, which is what one can generally expect at garages these days. The philosophy of take the money and disregard any customer feelings. My Hyundai i40 has turned out to be a joy to own. This is the first time I have ever dealt with a company who delivers what it promises. All my dealings, regarding vehicle maintenance etc, will be transacted at EMG. Thanks guys for all your support.

I found my new car on another website and rang the team at EMG. The phone was answered promptly, they got me booked in for a test drive no worries and were really helpful on what to expect on a social distanced test drive. From arriving to do the test drive to leaving, Jay was amazing. He was friendly, professional and didn't push. He let us check the car out, then took me for a spin. He knew we were checking out other cars so didn't do a pushy close which we experienced at some other garages. This all added up to a positive experience which had me going back the next day after a terrible test drive else where asking to buy the car. Jay was there on his day off, but he didn't mind. He took me out for another spin to check and then took me through the process to buy it. I've never been so happy or impressed with the service provided. I left feeling ecstatic with my purchase and comfortable with the whole experience. Although they're not my most local garage, I will be going back in the future should I decide to change car again.
