Since I joined the team in September, I started enjoying the balanced life. From eating out and stressed days routine, I am finally in the control of my life.Feeling awesome, calm and energetic every day , make me believe this should be my life style for long term. Very best Xmas gift you can give to yourself in this bloody year is joining this Bootcamp. You don’t need to go through yo-yo diets anymore. You just need to be determined and accept if you continue eating out and not moving your body, you gain weight. Tom knows well what he is doing He is a top trainer. All set of exercises are well planned and thoughts through.He is following your progress up continuously and give adequate advices to achieve your goals. The team is awesome. All in all I enjoy being part of TK Total everyday.

Highly recommended! Awesome group of people. Real friendly trainers who help out with everything! From nutrition to exercises and then how to execute it all. What I love the most is the the class it's self and the wide range of equipment that you don't usually get so that was awesome to really be able to mix it up and smash yourself

The six week transformation course gave me the motivation, confidence and ability to train at my own pace. I was very new to exercising and calorie deficits but tk fitness was very helpful and accommodating. Completing this course was definitely a good decision and starting point into fitness. Tom shows compassion and helps drive you to where you want to be. Would highly recommend.

I joined the 6-week programme after it popped up in my Instagram feed. I was already working out regularly but was carrying quite a bit of extra weight, particularly around the middle. I wanted to set myself the challenge of dropping approximately 1.5kg per week to see if I could get in tip top shape. The results have been amazing. I have lost 10kg and am in the best shape I have ever been in my life (at 46). The programme is a comprehensive blend of exercise and nutrition. Tom, who runs the programme is incredibly supportive in keeping you on track of your goals and helping out with any questions. It’s an amazing programme, if you want to get in the best shape of your life, or just lose some kg and feel better, go for it, you will not be sorry!
