Loads of toys but poor service. We have been waiting for too long to be served only 4 coffees. There was no hand tissue at toilets and hand wash bottle was empty!! How do they expect to keep the soft play at good cleaning standards? Too expensive for service provided!

Please make sure that this place stays as clean, fresh and friendly as it is right now. Our little one has had amazing times in there and we plan to come back every week! All of the staff are really friendly and do their best. I also think that you get amazing value for your money, because your child will sleep for an eternity! Thank you! I have numerous business cards from the staff. However, it's quite unfair to mention just one name. Give me all your names so that you guys all get a pat on the back from your bosses!
Food and service are extremely sub-par, so the adults tend to hate it (You're missing a trick here, owners!) but the kids have a fantastic time every time we bring them so the best thing to do is bring a book and just relax, if you can't do that inside then just wait outside in the car!
Friendly staff who are very helpful but is not called funky fun house. Staff Seems more helpful and friendly.
Lots of fun with our 1 year old but we only stayed 1hour so a bit pricey maybe
