Please read below   ** DTL, Sporting on top of the bank & 50m Rifle Range are currently closed for refurbishment ** You do not need to book for clay shooting practice, please just turn up as usual. (The one way system is still in place).  We are operating a one-way system around the Clay Ground which must be adhered to. Rifle Range & Practical Shotgun Range bookings must be made in advance. Please contact us to do this.  Benches/Lanes in the Rifle Ranges are now reduced to maintain social distancing.       • You MUST follow Government guidelines on “social distancing” • If you have symptoms of Covid-19, or have been in contact with someone infected – Do not come to the ground • Park sensibly and allow space between vehicles • Observe the 2m rule at booking in areas – One person only at booking in desk • We are operating a “one-way” system around the Ground which must be followed. The distance around the course is 0.8 of a mile. If you cannot manage the distance, please contact us, as we can arrange for 1 close stand with multiple traps to be available for you instead – but this must be booked in advance • Loan ear defenders, glasses, guns, score cards & clipboards etc are not currently available. Ensure you have your own hearing and eye protection • Clay Shooting tuition will be available from Sunday 26th July. • Wearing of gloves and face masks are recommended • You can shoot in groups of up to 5 if not from the same household and are required to maintain social distancing at all times • Members of the same household may shoot together in any size group • Cartridges are available to buy on the day (up to 250). Cambridge GC is a CPSA Premier Ground located just outside the village of Cottenham, 20 minutes North of Cambridge. The 47 acre site is dedicated to clay target shooting and offers a large variety of targets for both novice and experienced shooters. For beginners we have experienced staff on hand to offer advice and support should you need assistance. The Cambridge Gun Club is currently improving all areas of it’s business and hopes it can offer you one of the best outdoor fixtures in the area.
