Excellent service. My 14 year old son had surgery for an ingrown toe nail. Similar problem developed on the other foot within about a month and we did not hesitate to use the service again. Appointment bookings were professionally handled and explained by Brandon. Ellie gave detailed pre-procedure information to us, talked us through what she was doing throughout the procedure, gave clear post-op advice and gave us a detailed discharge summary. Follow-up was carried out as agreed before final discharge. My son tolerated the procedure very well and was happy with the results. He was back in his rugby boots in no time. Thanks to Ellie and Brandon. Keep up the great work.
AMAZING definately happy feet happy mind. I contacted this fantastic chiropodist as my 94 yr old dad in a carehome was in terrible pain with his feet the minute i met Ellie i immediately felt the passion and care that she had for dads welbeing her professionalism i have never met anyone that cares like she does for her clients. Visited happy feet happy mind yesterday. I had felt comfortable,looked after and received professional top grade treatments. The surgery was sterile and on arrival it was having a steam clean after it was sprayed down with antibacterial spray.I felt totally at ease having my treatment done.The best part of my visit was the advice I received. I would never have this information about my feet if I didn't visit the surgery. Totally amazing. Mo
I have been coming to Happy Feet for a while now, and always have excellent treatment from the very skilled and professional podiatrist.
I took my mother to Happy Feet. She is 91 and said that Elli was so gentle, never hurt at all when she was giving treatment. When finished her feet were comfortable and pain free.
Ellie is an excellent podiatrist extremely meticulous! Highly recommend her!
