Aladin's cave of literature! A huge choice of books available with friendly and knowledgeable staff. If they have a book they will help you find it, if they don't have it they will get it for you. Some quite obscure titles often nestled away in here and very often Heffers is the only place you will find a given book in stock to buy there & then. The games section in the basement is also great place to easily loose half an hour browsing!

This is the best bookstore I have been to in a long time. Not only are there books on nearly every conceivable subject, they have an excellent, extensive games section with both classics and new releases. Downstairs you will also find sheet music and CDs. In the far back of the store is a cozy children's section with everything from Shakespeare to Harry Potter in formats sure to engage.

Got 3 books here, after comeback to home I checked all of them online and in the best case I paid double the price. Not a few pounds not 15% but literally I paid between 200% and 300% the value.

Wonderful bookshop on several floor levels. Seats and sofas so you can sit and flip through books in. Peaceful and vibrant, not an east mix to achieve
