Ordered a sheet of rubber on Nov 9, it had not arrived one week later. I requested an order cancellation and a refund. I heard nothing for about another week. I emailed Jon Bird with the same requests and he responded that the order would be cancelled, but said nothing about the refund. More time goes by with no refund. Despite further multiple requests using their online contact form, and email, i received no response. I opened a case with PayPal, and this being Dec 21 have had the case decided in my favour with the refund. PayPal stated that they had not been able to obtain their requested information from Jarvis Sports. This shocking treatment of customers and their consumer rights is now a common feature in the reviews given to Jarvis Sports. I could not post this review if i didn't give one star, which i would rather not have done. But that is the way the review form is configured. Save yourself a lot of trouble, and your money, and give no business to this toxic company.

Really wished i had read these reviews before ordering from this supplier, As others have experienced never got the items i purchased, never replied to e-mails, never answer the phone, leave a message and never return your call. Did actually speak once to someone who was going to call me back but never did. Will never purchase from these again. Would give no stars but not possible.
I received my Yasaka Malin Extra Offensive blade after about 4 weeks wait. Neither they attend calls nor they reply online communication. Very poor customer service.

Ordered 5 nets over 1 week ago, haven't arrived, phoned on at least 10 occasions, always goes to answering service. Emailed, no response. Will keep you updated if they fail to deliver
