Fantastic service from the whole sales team at John Banks Renault. whole team was very welcoming when we spoke on the phone and everything was so easy. they sorted everything i needed and they where very quick with replying to all my queries. it is the best car purchase i have ever had, and i will recommend them with all my friends and family.

best service i have ever received. i purchased a car and everything was spot on. from fast replies, to quilty service and 100% covid compliant. i will only ever buy a car from them. I have brought lots of vehicles over my years and not even BMW or Mercedes came close. The car is amazing and i love driving it. does exactly what i needed and i am 100% converted to electric now. I will only recommend people to John Banks Renault that is for sure.

Be careful when buying approved used Renault cars here. I bought a car advertised explicitly as having TPMS. However after a puncture when replacing tyres, I learned that the car does not have TPMS. Called them, they did not even apologise despite me showing them the copy of their ad. I will seek legal resolution about this and will never buy from them again.

So this must be my 6th Renault I've just purchased from Bradley. I can't help myself i always call other renault dealers but they can NEVER compete with John Banks deals. Can't wait to collect next week and receive another beautiful bunch of flowers... ;-) Highly recommend Bradley at John Banks

Did not follow up on what was promised. Did not buy from them . Sales manager could not look us in the face and totally back tracked. We've now bought a car and a better deal as promised with another dealer. Do not recommend this dealer. Poor customer service and breaks promises.
