While looking to buy my new Range Rover Vogue and disappointed with the service of my local Norwich dealer Inchcape, I was introduced by a friend to Carrie Harding the Sales Manager at Marshall Land Rover Cambridge. Carrie was just amazing in helping me source the exact car I wanted, she was so professional and so pleasant to deal with. Even under Covid Conditions the hand over by Lewis was exceptional. We have just bought a car for the first time in several years and the service we received was exceptional. We would give more than 5 stars if possible! Oliver Gross was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with all our queries. He is an outstanding sales person and not only provided us with first class service throughout the purchasing process but has continued to follow up with wonderful after sales care. We feel very happy and confident about our purchase and know that we can go back at any time with any questions or issues and they will be dealt with in a friendly and professional way. We would also mention Carrie who was so delightful and made our experience very personal and sociable. The whole team were happy and helpful and the atmosphere at the showroom was very friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend Oliver and the team at Cambridge Land Rover and will no doubt be loyal customers in the future.

I was looking to buy an Evoke, Kornel was the sales guy who worked with me on my quote and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and made the experience a pleasure. I actually ended up not purchasing the car but this was soly down to a more competitive offer on another car. I still eventually plan to buy a Land Rover and will 100% use this dealership as I cannot fault the service or offer.

Poor approach to after sales care to customers. It seems to me we have your money now we don’t care about you or your very expensive brand new car that’s going wrong. The car is an easy fix and can be expected I suppose but no excuse for bad service.
