Excellent and kind service from Duncan. I dropped by a few times at the shop to choose which piano to buy. Going back into music after 10 years is daunting, but Duncan gave me the most comprehensive guide to which pianos are worthy of consideration today. Not only was he highly knowledgable, but most importantly he was also very patient in answering my questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a piano.
Came in with a vague idea of what instrument I wanted and was given not only the chance to play the instrument I had my eyes on but also 3 other separate ones within the same price range which I had not heard of before. The associate (Matt) who showed me these was really informative and helped me solidify my decision on which I will buy.
If you buy or rent anything from this store — read very carefully what you sign, word by word. They love money very much.
