I had a delivery 2991175 by a driver I can only describe as the most chauvinistic patronising person I have ever encountered, apart from calling me luv and darlin throughout our conversation, he refused to give me a minute to get my neighbour to allow access to deliver oil, saying sorry luv, ain’t happening today! My daughter commented, he never would have spoken to you like that had you been a man! I am on fumes, and have gone with a different company who’s drivers are polite and helpful! I hope your HR department takes notice ! Oh and he wasn’t wearing a mask!
