Louisa, Sonya & Chrissy they all helped me out a lot and have excellent customer service skills. Cambridge Store is great but cannot say the same for there London Branch. I wont go into it but I recommend this branch to anyone I have already referred a few people. Thanks again you 3!!

The level of care by the friendly staff at Cambridge branch both before and after my lens replacement in both eyes has been absolutely first-class. Much attention by them all to the smallest details has resulted in what is already a fabulous result, even before the healing process has completed. Besides now not needing glasses (except "readers" for very close work), colours are bolder, and whites are almost blue-white, and the level of detail I can now see is astonishing!

The whole team at Cambridge were amazing !! They were so helpful, explained all the options I had but were not at all pushy. Everything was explained about the cataract surgery, I chose to have my surgery in Chelmsford and the team at Cambridge explained what would happen there every step of the way and made me feel so relaxed about the whole process. I have been having my check ups in Cambridge sine the surgery and nothing is to much trouble for them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone
I had an eye test today in this excellent opticians. The two ladies, one who I believe was the manager were truly exceptional. In short they are a credit to their profession friendly, knowledgeable and consumatley professional. I was seen by a brilliant optician who I believe is called William. This man was so thorough so friendly and gave me great advise. I honestly believe he has to be one of the best Opticians anywhere. This wonderful practice can only be given the highest of praise. They are a class act and cannot recommend them high enough.

I got LASIK eye design here last week. I can't pretend it was cheap or painless (my eyes were pretty sore afterwards) however the results are fantastic! After only 24 hours my vision was perfect, and much better than it was with contact lenses (and glasses).
I regret to say that just about everything concerning Optical Express is terrible. The saving factor is the optometrist who is excellent. And the town-centre location. I have put up with specs that do not sit level for the last year. A month after taking them away in Nov 19, I returned and asked somebody to straighten them. Nobody was interested and I was sent away, made to feel that it didn't matter. The focal length does not seem right, as for the last 2 pairs there is no good place to look through to obtain clear vision. When voicing this complaint, I was fobbed off. Neither time I explained (yes, it needed to be done twice to the same person), the point was not properly grasped. And they seem very expensive. Even taking off 20% for over-65s. And the staff are young and seem to take no real interest in patients. You quickly begin to long for old-fashioned service from people who know what they are doing. If none of this is important to you, then go to OE. Otherwise, you should give them a wide berth.
