Trinity was lovely from the start to finish. The collection was handled superbly, efficient and professional. I highly recommend Porsche Cambridge, Trinity and Paul who just made it so easy!

I've been using Porsche Cambridge for years, over the last 12-18 months they have been horrendous, Cayenne booked in for service last September (2020) for MOT, Warranty Renewal and minor service... pick up the car and warranty (111 point check) was not done so had to re-book, due to Porsche playing catch-up on bookings because of Covid they couldn't re-book the car in immediatly and sods law an issue occurred 3 weeks later costing me 700 warranty renewal! It doesn't end there... found out many months later they didn't carry out the MOT!!!... I should have checked when paying the invoice but how can any dealership let alone main dealer Porsche make so many major mistakes, mistakes that left me exposed and dangerous for my wife and children driving around in a car that could be unsafe and un-insured because the MOT was not carried out!! WARNING TO ALL PORCHE OWNERS - DO NOT USE....FIND ANOTHER PORSCHE DEALERSHIP Called Saturday 13/03/2021) to speak to Daniel Hart (Aftersales General Manager - As per your Google review reply), left a message as Danial not in on Saturday and as of today 16th March no return call! If this was my business I'd be on the phone first thing Monday morning....

Pretty average on fixing a hot start issue on my 997 turbo I've had to put up with for last 3 years. It was starter motor but they wrongly diagnosed an ignition wire from front to back of car at last service with them. Expensive mistake for which they offered me circa 100 off on starter motor for 1600 all in having previously charged me 1600 for ignition wire during current service. Poor from my perspective so pulled the car out.

First rate service from my initial telephone call to Damian and subsequently Scott Perkins who were most professional and friendly. The test drives of a Macan S and a Macan GTS were on perfect test routes of varying types of road, of good mileage and time spent behind the wheel to demonstrate the car’s abilities. This was my first time dealing with Porsche Cambridge (having bought a number of cars from other Porsche centres) and there is nothing whatsoever I could fault with their attention. Don’t hesitate to contact Scott if you’re after a Porsche!

Damian, Dan and Nick were exceptional. Great Covid secure procedures in place when I got to the dealership and superb service as always!

In this difficult time, the measures you had to go to were very well received and the attention to detail was amazing, My salesman was really helpful and meet all my questions with an attitude of no questions are silly ones. This was my 1st car from you and enjoyed my experience

Had problem with the engine management indicator, Had to wait for a month to get A test on telephone. Late drove to the garage for a diagnostic test to see if it is safe to drive. Was told to wait for one week at least. Just a few months after a full service in that garage, it is hard to accept this type of problem. It is even harder to accept their arrogant attitude, refusing giving 10 minutes to run a diagnostic test to find the problem and letting a client stop using car at least one week instead. Late drove to a local Kwik Fit, they were kind to run a diagnostic test. It took less than 10 minutes with a Bosch Device. It was caused by dirty engine oil. Wonder how this had happened after a full service in a 4S garage? Will never visit that garage again after this humiliating experience. Their service is not worth of the hefty fee and it is even worse that they show no respect and care for clients when you need them.

The chap dealing with me was new to Porsche, so had to ask others for help to answer many of my questions. It is annoying that the latest map is not available to bring the sat nav up to date to include the A14 upgrades.
