I do not enjoy writing bad reviews ...but if you go in providence at burwash it would be nice to have a friendly hello...if you are looking at the paint charts on the wall and the tins of paint in stock .....it would be nice to be asked if I need any help. ...I did find what I was looking for by myself .. and you did make a sale ...!!!!! However other customers may not bother given the no customer service offered .!! ...I will probably order from farrow and ball direct next time ....not the best service if yoy want to keep your store in business in a competitive market !!
