A therapist has not shown up to an online session scheduled, and no effort was made to reach out. I have tried calling them to find out what happened but constantly sent to voicemail. Not only is this one of the worst things a therapist can do, I have also spent 60 I might not ever get back.

I cannot thank my Counsellor enough for everything... The office people were very friendly and helpful. This experience enabled us to learn to open up with each other. We would definitely recommend Cambridge Relate to anyone.
Our counsellor was very quick to identify the causes of our communication issues and provided constructive advice to help us work through them together. I would recommend this service to anyone who feels they could benefit from relationship counselling.
They never answer phone calls. I called them around 20 times, they didn't answer even once. Very strange institution.
Good experience with the relationship counselling and dealing with Relate in general. Friendly staff and counsellors. Had issues at some point reaching the office to cancel an appointment, and therefore couldn't cancel in time. After a brief chat, they did actually cancel out the deposit fee for not being able to cancel.
