Absolutely disgusted with the Cambridge shop! I came in to get some new shoes and a girl had a 85% bit attached to her badge and she said it was because she got under 90% on the customer service results from receipts! This is no way to treat any staff member. You are basically shaming her in front of all the customers and management should be ashamed of themselves. I will not be coming back to a place that treats their staff so unfairly and poorly. I'd only consider it if you get rid of those badges and give the management a lesson on how to treat their staff properly. Disgusting.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The other shoe to the one I tried on was missing and they went to great efforts until they tracked it down.

Fast efficient service. No need to queue at the till to pay, mobile payment devices on the shop floor and emailed receipt. I did have to return some shoes which again was done super fast and efficiently. Scanned my email receipt, card in and out and done. Begs the question why all shops can't be like that.
