Please ask your employees to stop parking on the pavement. Your staff not only park on double yellow line, but also park on the pavement. It's OK for 1 person to squeeze but there are many families with pushchairs walking in that area (there are not many other green areas around to walk) and they put themselves in danger all the time. You need to respect local people living in the area.

Will from service department has provided a great customer service to help us in every way. We had the RAV4 for 3.5 years and every year Will helped us with a good servicing. After each service, Will also gave us a call to double check if everything was fine. He also assisted us with the repair of the front mirror and an installation of the dash cameras. Last week we needed to get a partial refund of the service plan due to the part exchange to a new vechicle. With Will's assistance we received the refund in a week. All in all, Will is a great staff and always there to help. We will definitely continue to conduct services on our new car through Will in the years to come.

I had an outstandingly good customer care experience in the Cambridge Toyota. I bought a Verso and was assisted over three days by Reagan Waugh. Reagan is a young sales person with the highest level of professionalism, I am a very fussy customer and need to know every detail when making a purchase of this significance, I found Reagan to be extremely patient and helpful in every regard, and we finally struck a deal I was happy with. His manager was lovely too. I will not hesitate to go back to buy another car from Reagan and suggest Toyota will be very lucky to have staff like him who really go the extra mile to make sure customer is happy.

APPALLING COMPANY AVOID!!!!!!! Not only did Cambridge Toyota damage the paintwork on my Auris during the last service, but they failed to respond to two complaint emails - AND THE REPLY BELOW IS A LIE!!! THEY STILL HAVE NOT REPLIED TO ME BY THE 12TH SEPTEMBER!!!!!
