My Mum and I have been going to Reformer one on one Pilates with Jon since the beginning of July and the difference in how we feel both Physically and mentally is amazing. Jon makes each class so different so we never get bored. Each class is tailored to our specific needs and we always feel so good after each session. Jon has such a wealth of knowledge of every joint and bone in the body so we are ensured of our complete safety at all times. My Mum is 81 and this has transformed her life. Mine too and I so look forward to every class. I never did when I went to the Gym in the past.

I recently visited The Form Practice for Osteopathy. I was very impressed by the treatment I received and also how lovely the treatment rooms are! It's a really relaxing, comfortable and welcoming environment to be in, and my overall experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend Claire and her team.

Beautiful setting and treatment rooms without the stress of going into Cambridge. Claire is calm, knowledgable and highly professional. This is not a standard clinic but a place to recover and find sanctuary.
