Had an appointment with Ian to help with chronic neck pain. I had instant relief and this is the first morning I woke up without neck pain in months. Ian was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back for follow up appointments and would recommend Ian if you're looking for an osteopath. Oh, also the receptionist was lovely and welcoming! Plus, it was easy to book an appointment online.

The sports massage itself was good. However it lasted only for 45 min not 1h like it was supposed to, hence 2 stars. When I asked I was told it is supposed to be 1h including getting in, payment etc. But it still doesn't add up because I was called in 10 min late because a client before me took longer so technically they should have made up for the lost time but no, the masseuse hurried to finish up right on the dot, so I feel like I overpaid for this service. I asked her to do my legs and back but she only had time to do the back of my legs not front because of the short massage.

I've a long-standing issue with neck pain and stiffness and made an appointment to see Ian whilst in Cambridge. He released some compressed joints and immediately I felt a difference. He also showed me a stretch to do to keep the muscles from tightening up. I feel much improved and I'm looking forward to going back for another appointment to bring lasting relief. Would highly recommend Ian if you've chronic pain issues.

Very happy with the Physio treatments received by Paulo :) the location itself is not great as it is quite old and not at all a cosy environment. The reception doesn't have contact with the practitioner and this should be fixed to keep the appointments punctual. If those things could be improved, this would be a 5 star because the physiotherapist is a real professional and helped me a lot with my back problems.

I have had two massages with Alex, both an hour long. She is thorough and effective. Her deep tissue massages really hit the spot and untangle sore and tight muscles. I thoroughly recommend her. This clinic is now my 'Go To' place for treatment. The staff are friendly and efficient, and value their returning customers. I never fail to feel better after a treatment here. Great value for money.
