We recently bought a nearly new Seat Leon from Marshall Seat. We dealt with Alex, who was very professional and friendly as were the rest of the team. The car was well prepared, and ready for collection at the appointed time. We were given a fair trade in value for our previous car. No complaints or quibbles from us and would use again. We love our Leon FR Sport.

Enquired about a Sat Nav for my 2014 Seat Ibiza only to be politely informed they are no longer stocked. 5 minutes later I receive a phone call from Tony from the parts department saying he has sourced one and I arranged collection. When I went to collect Tony was excellent, he ensured the Sat Nav he supplied fitted correctly and demonstrated the functions. Excellent customer service, would definitely use Marshall Seat Cambridge again in the future.

Very poor experience today. Was shopping around for a new car, and including a part exchange quote. They managed to be competitive to the quotes given, after consideration. I made the decision to take my business elsewhere. The attached photo is the response from one of the store managers. To say I'm disgusted is putting this politely! I decided to call their office to inform them of how rude they were, and a response like this would drive customers away (like they have now done for me) and though the manager was apologetic, I also got the feeling that he didn't seem to care nor want to take responsibility for the upset caused. Overall would not recommend this dealership.
