Absolutely awesome emporium. From the dustfree metal floor to the unassailable expertise of the lads who work there. BRILLIANT selection of kit, including actual high quality replacement unbranded batteries (40 vs 68 for my Canon 7D) that are guaranteed for five years! My dodgy internet ones died after a year. They will not upsell you stuff you don't need. I had booked a one hour sensor clean but it wasn't necessary so it didn't get done. Some places would do that. I drive from Watford to come here. Parking is free for two hours but scarce, so be prepared to orbit or park in town. I have always managed to get nearby that said. Highly recommended.

Customer service top quality. Entertaining too. Was a joy shop there. Finally purchase a benro carbon fibre tripod and a video head.. You can't beat touching and using a product before you buy it.

Well what can I say!..first class service from a company I never knew existed. Found them from a google search ordered 3 lenses, they price matched one of them and kept me informed right throughout my order process. Changed order once and it was no bother to them, special mention to Rachael at Stevenage for her professionalism in dealing with me. Lenses arrived in Branch today and I've just had emails saying I will receive tomorrow!! In what are extremely difficult times I'm sure for all those in business it is reassuring that this outfit can deliver an outstanding service, I know where to go in future. Will hopefully visit the store in the future. Well done to all and keep up the good work.
