Look at website was advised that 4pm on the day would be quieter however arriving there the Q was almost at the turn in point, this was 4.05pm the site was to close at 5pm At 4.50pm still in the Q with about 10 vehicles in front of me . There appeared a man telling all the vehicles the gates would close at 4.55pm I told him I've been waiting nearly an hour and I can't get back in two days time I will be at work . He shrugged his shoulder and said they have been busy all day ....I said your website says is quieter around 4pm that's why I have waited . I said can I come back tomorrow and explain he said no it will be Sunday for you now ... I said I can't because I am at work and I've been in this Q for nearly an hour Not fair ....jobs worthy .. Very frustrating. .

Simple rules. What more could a tip offer. It's NOT the fault of the tip if it's busy. Deal with it. We have a lot going on in the world, more important that the queues
