We live less than two miles away but we needed some peace during lockdown. We are so glad we found you. The surroundings are fantastic and we managed to switch off and disconnect from what is going on around us. We will be back

Beautiful location with fantastic modern, clean and beautifully presented facilities. A little piece of woodland heaven. Rachel and John are amazing hosts and Bruce the dog delivers an exceptional wake up call service on request!

We had a lovely little one night stay here a few weeks back (during the local lockdown in RCT). Rachel was very friendly and welcoming to us all. Our toddler (and our Labrador!) loved exploring the little wooded area and which felt safe and secure. There were some nice touches like having milk and orange juice, butter/ jam/ bread in the fridge and mini cereals also included in the camping pod as well as kindling and logs for the fire. Cutlery and crockery all included also. The kitchen and shower block facilities were immaculate. We found the bed comfy and there was just enough space for our travel cot and the dogs bed- very cosy! Rachel kindly lent us a portable radiator incase we felt chilly - we ended up turning it off as it was warm in there despite being mid October. It felt like a little haven just a few miles from home and was a wonderful remedy for lockdown blues. Thanks very much.

Caravan and Camping Club CL (max 5) All electric hookup. One water hookup. Members only. No children - perhaps to limit the numbers to avoid overloading the facilities - but dogs allowed. Two heated toilet/shower rooms. 20kW charging point. Owners very helpful. Elevated, beautiful location.
