Good food with decent sized portions. Recently refurbished to a high standard, the staff were very welcoming.

This now..ALFIES.. Going to be good I feel once kitchen up and running some good food and wood oven pizzas going be a treat
Nice big old place. Has a function room that seems to be booked most weekends. Big parking area as well as outside seating. Nice kids play area in a secure garden. This pub is a bit of track but don't let that put you off. Also serves food.
Closed at nights and not so busy during the daytime. Staff is nice and helpful if you need them. Not a high prices
The staff are so friendly and a good laugh. A good time had by all. Only thing is that they have no chef at the moment
This is our second visit different staff same attention to detail, our waitress tonight was Megan she should run a college course on customer service, and teach people how to treat customers, don't know the name of our waitress last week but she was also excellent. Food really good and well presented, compliments to the chef, we eat out about twice a week, and a lot of places could learn from the canal turn. Keep up the good work,"we'll be back.lovely dinning experience.
