We had a great experience with Buckley Loft Conversions, I would recommend them wholeheartedly. We now have two fantastic new loft rooms that are a great addition to the house. I got on well with John and he produced a very competitive design and quote. Their builders and tradesfolk were all very competent and friendly. When we found some issues with the design, Buckley took trouble to work out an improved design at no extra cost to us. Inevitably there were some delays due to Covid etc, but Buckley did as well as they could and kept us informed on next steps at all times.

Buckleys did our loft conversion creating a beautiful bedroom and en-suite. Their expertise in lofts is clear- it looks great both inside and out and it was completed without having to knock through into a box bedroom which was great. The construction team were fantastic and the end result is better than I could have imagined. Any small snags along the way were resolved quickly - I love my new loft. Buckleys were also very competitive on price compared to other quotes we had.

Called twice to arrange for qoute/ consultation left message with a lady who took details, but never bothered getting back to me. If this is the standard at the start of customer journey I would be extremely fearful of what would happen when parting with 30 to 40k!

We signed to go ahead with a loft conversion early March 2018 having paid a deposit - and the hope that our work would start in the summer. It is now September 2018 and after numerous phone calls and chasing we are being told that we might start work at the earliest mid to end October. This is despite being clear the work has to commence in September to be ready for visitors mid December for Christmas. We are extremely disappointed in the level of customer service we have experienced to date.

We had a loft conversion using Buckley's this year to extend our tiny 2 bed house. Once the project was finally underway we had a really positive experience despite the disruption. All the trades we came in contact with were super professional and easy to communicate with - especially Tom, the builder. Now we have a cracking new double bedroom with ensuite.
