Shame really as the nurses who work there are lovely. Reception staff are rude when the phone eventually gets answered. The line is always busy. I managed to book an appointment and due to covid you have to ring a bell when at the practice. I rang the bell and got ignored. Had to end up ringing it 3 times before someone decided to answer me and then criticise me for being 10 minutes late to my appointment! I wasn't, I had just been kept waiting for 25 minutes! Really badly organised, good job I havent needed an urgent appointment... looking to move to another local practice if anyone has any better recommendations.

Absolutely shocking practice this place is, been trying to get through for over an hour now, and all you get is a silly message saying all lines are busy at the moment. How can they be this busy constantly! Had no information as to when my mom can get the covid 19 vaccination! We have not heard anything at all, and yet people are having the vaccine already.

It was better organised. The first time I went was totally mad, not organised very well. The second time was great, no long queues. I was in and out within 15 minutes for my covid vaccination, whereas the first time we had to queue for an hour.

This is a split review! I give the practice nurse a 5 star rating! I can always get an appointment with her even last minute even if its emergency! She has supported me many times with my mental well-being aswell as medical reasons a nurse that really cares! Unfortunately i give the drs at this surgery 1 star it is so difficult to get an appointment & when you do all the answer you get is lets keep an eye on it!!

worst service! no one must work there because they never answer the phone to book an appoinment the lines always busy. went to the surgery to book one because i couldnt get through on the phone for 4 days! to be told i shouldnt be turning up to book in. i told them well you should answer the phone! reception staff are rude
