Terrible customer service for online orders... I placed an order, was told they no longer supplied the item and they suggested an alternative; which was fine and I ordered. They then sent an incorrect item, and despite several messages and over a month passing I have yet to receive the item or a refund. Update: another month passed, but then I got a proper apology and the whole order refunded.
