Called on my way to Corby 7.30am stopped 20 mins left. Called on way home from Corby 13.15pm left after 20 minutes same day. Got a 60 bill for 6hrs in car park. Having to jump through hoops including 3 witnesses statements proving they are wrong. Be careful if you park make sure you get receipt from toll booths.

Toilets clean & tidy. Pathways well marked. Ample parking. Quite a number of the table tops at Costa were dirty and marked with spillages and crumbs. Not a good look considering most travelling are essential workers and housekeeping needs to be No. 1 priority during these times.

LORRY DRIVERS BEWARE!! Do not overnight park here. Got curtains slashed and frieght damaged last night and to top it off they took my diesel. I paid 30 to park in secure parking. When i went in to complain i was informed the cameras do not work and was informed it was my fault for parking here. I work for a big company who will now not let any of there drivers park here again i hope the loss in revenue will make them open their eyes to the problems.

Very nice service station. Super disabled-friendly. Very helpful manager Sam found a wheelchair, allowing all of us to enjoy the Roadchef facilities. Much appreciated. Service station itself very clean, tidy and well-heated. With good selection of eateries. A welcoming place to stop during the 80mph winds and torrential rain of Winter Storm Ciara (Sun 9 Feb 2020) ! Our thanks to all at Roadchef Norton Canes!
