Excellent, efficient, personal service as always, comfortable waiting area even with current COVID restrictions. Last minute appointment but fitted me in and carried out all work without any issues including an unplanned 3 hour software update. Just bought a bike during lockdown so not the easiest of times. PX deal was reasonable. Service throughout from Jimmy was excellent with all paperwork and communication with Datatag, Datatool and DVLC dealt with to save me contacting them and emails to keep me updated. Bike delivered by Jimmy promptly and everything explained clearly. Highly recommended.
Even in our current lockdown i was still able to get motorcycle MOT'd at Cannon. With a quick phone call i secured my booking with the service team. Very friendly, professional and efficient visit. All the appropriate measures had been taken in store regarding covid. Very happy customer.
Best dealership by far. Tim the service manager is very good at what he does, very polite, understanding and professional. Matt, the technician who worked on my motorcycle, well where do I start, his attention to detail is simply on a next level, also he didn't hang about in getting the job competed without rushing may I add. Outstanding service and extremely knowledgeable!!!! Finally Jas in sales, very professional and impressive. Really took time out to listen to my requirements and suggested excellent advice. Even the other guys in the workshop who, at the time were not working on my bike were extremely polite and helpful. I am honestly struggling to find even a single negative thing to say about this establishment. Hand on heart I know that my bike is in the best of hands here, so much so that I will be taking all my bike related work here going forward, even if it means riding all the way round from the other side of the M25 near Heathrow!
