Utterly shambolic service. They pretend not to receive letters which have been sent recorded delivery and fail to respond in reasonable timescales. Staffed by utter incompetents, everyone who works there should be sacked.

I was being abused at home and dealing with mental issues and self harming so I had to leave. Council refused to help me and simply said "just go back home" Worst service I've ever received. Very unhelpful also.

Incompetence all round. Multiple phone calls resulted in being cut off 'because they were busy' and contact forms submitted fomr the website resulted in errors, leaving no option but to visit in person to try and resolve issues. An embarrassing mess of systems that don't work.

What a dreadful set up. I sent a photo of a grit bin which is on my pathway and has had an obscene word graffitied on it for over a year. CCC have a page for reporting graffiti. The reply .... bins belong to Kent county council and therefore nothing to do with us. The writer of the reply who signs herself as business manager writes that the graffiti V(F)ECK is not offensive so "we will not clean ". Moreover she addresses me by my first name which is personal. In fact Kent county Council do not have a webpage that deals with graffiti. Why I ask do we have to pay such high community taxes.

Canterbury Taxis

One of the best run councils on the country. Despite extremely challenging times, the council's staff irrespective of political persuasion work very hard to make an over demanding public get services that would be envied anywhere else in the country. Keep up the good work.

The parking is expensive everywhere this local council has authority over, the services are often sub let and poor quality and it's Tory. Why not vote labour and bin Brexit. No one likes a tory

Awful service,graffiti everywhere. The area looks more like a ghetto everyday. Serco are a waste of taxpayers money!
