My car was booked in for a service in April, but, with the arrival of Covid, that was obviously not going to happen! The Service Department was very pro-active, re-arranging the appointment for May, and then July, when things took longer than expected to return to some form of normality. I received good communication throughout to ensure I was kept informed of the ever-changing situation. I finally took my car in for the service this week and was impressed, as always, with the staff and the way in which the showroom had been set up to ensure the comfort and safety of customers. Excellent service, thank you!
