The food and drinks were excellent! The price was a bit high, however the service was matching it. The beef was cooked to perfection and the portions were just right. The dessert was amazing, the caramel and vanilla cream being the highlight!!! I never had French beer, so I decided to give it a try and I wasn't disappointed, actually being pleasantly surprised

Came to Canterbury for a day trip and we managed to book a table at Cote Brassiers because everywhere else was fully booked up on a Bank Holiday Monday. Friendly hostess. Friendly staff. Place was good and spaced out. Kid friendly and they have kid’s menu. Service was easy and quick. Food came out hot and fresh. Portion was pretty good size. Food was delicious. Bathroom clean. Overall a good experience and we will eat at Cote Brassier again as we have one near us.

Food always delicious, presented well, served by attentive friendly and engaging waitresses / waiters. Onion soup is soooooo good, thoroughly recommend. Such a good chain of restaurants. They served us a lovely dessert free of charge as it was my partners birthday, so much appreciated.

Amazing fillet steak - great service. Outside seating area tries to create an ambient atmosphere but not helped by noisy teenagers walking past and the view of Primark. Reasonable prices though.

After a rocky start to our first dining experience at Cote brasserie Canterbury, we were more than Impressed with follow through in customer service. Initially we had a poor dining experience, due to an extremely busy night at the restaurant, during the middle of the service. Things went disastrously wrong mainly with the food service. After making a complaint and discussion with the manager, we were invited back, with a healthy discount to allow the restaurant to make good. This time round the staff were amazing and welcoming with a genuine desire to see us enjoy the experience. Our main waitress Alex and her colleagues, were without doubt excellent, friendly and professional during our meal. The food this time round, was up to standard expected and served hot. In summary, what we can say is whilst every restaurant gets things wrong once in a while, it is definitely the way things are put right that will remain in customer's mind afterwards. Thanks to excellent customer service skills and a genuine sympathetic attitude towards our complaint we are happy to recommend visiting the Canterbury Cote Brasserie restaurant.
