The best experience I have ever had getting a car. I dealt with Sean Seeney who was professional, informative and went over and aboveboard to be helpful with everything. Sean made the whole process enjoyable and completely stress free and is hands down one of the best sales executives I have ever dealt with. I've use this dealership for about seven years and I've had three Mercedes cars during this time, there are several reasons I give this dealership only one star firstly being the fact that if I ring them and leave a message asking the service department to call me back they seldomly do, in fact I would go as far as to say that they have totally ignored my calls at times. Also and a major problem seems to be if you make a complaint about them to Mercedes Benz UK the Canterbury dealership might call initially but they never follow it up! Parking at this dealership is very limited. In fact I find it very difficult to find anything positive to say about Lookers Canterbury Mercedes
