If I could have given no stars I would have! Bought a new car from Kieren at the beginning of Oct. A lovely young man and a real asset to the company. Unfortunately when I called a few days later he had left the company. Up until today I haven't heard a thing. I have rung a few times for updates and made to feel like I was pestering them. Today was the final straw. The salesman was rude and sarcastic and I now feel unable to contact them. I asked if I cancelled would I lose my deposit and he simply answered 'yes you would!'. Stay clear. Shop elsewhere!! Do not recommend!!
Recently got new car from Toyota and I just wanted to say that everyone was so helpful and friendly. Aaron the sales rep was super, efficient and went above and beyond to make picking up my new car amazing. 10/10 service. Aaron even gave me a ISHOO teddy for me to keep which I thought was a really personal touch.
hi i visited the sales of new cars dept and i am hoping they will replace my camera and battery saver in the new one. Cannot fault Motorline Toyota in Canterbury fantastic company and staff . Had problem with tyre , we thought it was a faulty valve very well looked after . Waited just over an hour problem was puncture in back tyre repaired free of charge . Visited here today looking for a smaller car but still a hybrid . Kieran was the young man that looked after us , which he did very well indeed . We found a car that we liked but now have to make the decision of buying . Will probably make another visit . Felt very safe with their COVID-19 precautions. Extremely happy with our new Yaris 20 trading in the CHR sad to see car go , really enjoyed that car so much added on for extra comfort . Needed a smaller car . Thank you Toyota once again .
