Both members of staff were welcoming, and friendly, and immediately put me at ease. All instructions were clear, and the process of booking in, sitting the exam and receiving results was excellent. The reception, waiting area and exam room were clean, tidy and Covid19 measures were in place and being adhered to. Overall an excellent experience.

It's not that far from the station when u get there you are approached by the most Professional happy welcoming staff, they keep everythin clean and sanitised throughout, I never do reviews but felt like the staff need a big shout out for being so professional thoughout the current circumstances

The lady on the reception desk really needs to learn customer service skills. Having dropped my daughter off at 8am I was told I could not wait. When I pointed out the signage says visitor CAN wait in the waiting area she said the rules have changed. I pointed out that I was allowed to wait the previous month when my daughters twin sister sat her test only to be told the rules hVe changed. This lady clearly has a chip on her should about something. A complete disgrace. Also the reception of the building is disgusting and filthy. Not at all \Professional

Extremely hard to find the venue. There is no signage out front, nothing over the door except a broken name 'Inv.cta House' with the I missing for over 10 years if you look on Google Maps over the timescale. A scruffy nightclub entrance between shops in parade. The only giveaway you are in the right place is an A4 sheet of paper saying Pearson stuck on the door glass. This is ridiculous for a Government partner driving test centre. How unprofessional can you be?

Smells like a pub carpet from the early 90s.
