I had placed an order online this morning. I ended up ordering the same thing 3 times and not realising (probably all my own fault). I received a call not long after from Chloe who had seen my order and wanted to confirm that this was a mistake. Had this been another shop im sure they would have just charged me and then I would have to struggle with getting a refund. I am very pleased with the customer service I received and cannot recommend The Chinashop highly enough !!!
