Well, I handed the car in as requested on Wednesday. Servicing and MoT due. Pointed out water in boot and possible reason for it. Told investigation would take a week as I hadn't reported it previously! Only discovered water when preparing the vehicle for your acceptance (a rule you apply when accepting cars). Your front of house could not grasp that! Hmm! Hope all is well and that I may be able to collect my car asap. Stay safe. Lynch

Following a previous less than encouraging encounter with this garage I must say i've been made to eat some humble pie... I now have a much better vehicle after the sales manager/team worked hard to part exchange my scirocco for a lovely R line Tiguan... My complaint and comments were taken seriously and the current team now working at this garage are a credit to VW ... would thoroughly recommend going to see Dhiren and his team.
