I went to see Karl Khan after my knees started experiencing a lot of pain and weakness after upping my training schedule. Through a mixture of deep tissue massages and acupuncture I've seen a real difference in the strength in my knees and a huge reduction in pain/weakness when training. Karl also helped me to understand which exercises were strengthening and which to avoid going forward to help reduce the chance of them playing up again. Would definitely recommend.

Karl Khan was my physio for 2,5 months. I suffered from a knee injury and Karl helped to overcome it. By having sessions twice a week and with careful treatment and special equipment (e.g. ultrasonic, needles), Karl managed not only to relief the pain but also to set the correct base to strengthen my knee muscles. Extra exercises were provided as well to come back to action quicker. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Received treatment on my lower back from Karl Khan after sustaining an injury playing cricket. In the first appointment I was fully diagnosed and informed of the full structure of treatment. I received great advice on how to help prevent future damage and strengthen areas required for improvement. You can tell he has plenty of experience and is very clued up when it comes to sporting injuries. Would recommend to anyone.

I went to Capital Physio, as my doctor recommended that I go for my injury. My Physiotherapist was Karl Khan and I was very happy with my treatment. He listened to me and took my issue seriously. I found Karl, very warm, friendly and he eased me into the treatment. If you are going for physio, I highly recommend that you go to him.

I visited Sally at Capital Physio, Putney on 5 occasions over a 6 week period. Sally was friendly and informative on every occasion and provided great advice for home exercise. I would certainly recommend Sally to anyone needing physiotherapy.

I made an appointment with Danielle Thorn at Capital Physio when I injured a hip flexor muscle during my training for the London Marathon. And as this happened less than a month before the big day, I was in a panic – especially as I’d spent four months training hard, five nights a week! Danielle quickly worked out what my problem was, and gave me a series of exercises to aid my recovery. I saw her two more times before the marathon, and each time she made me feel more confident and relaxed about the race ahead. In the end I completed the London Marathon in 3hrs 55mins, and squeaked in just below my four-hour target. But without Danielle’s help I wouldn't have been able to race at all, so I cannot recommend Capital Physio enough.

I've had numerous physios over the years for a longstanding lower back problem, and I'd count Karl Khan at Capital among the best. He clearly knows his stuff, and offers a wide range of treatments to get you back on track. Thoroughly recommended.
