Rip off merchants. Do not buy. Spent a fortune on a car, so called inspected, with full mot no advisories. they gave us 4 star warranty not worth paper it's written on. 6weeks in, financially devasting faults, problems that would have been advised in December MOT. And warranty company wouldn't pay for any if it even things covered. car connect said they would cover cost of repairs then didn't. 2000 in total and still going up. IF I COULD POST NO STARS I WOULD. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE RIP OFF Merchants. Update to review, at least another grand in repairs upcoming. That's more than half the value of the car itself. No word from the dealership although made promise to finance company to make right then never answered any contact made. Deserve to be investigated when this lockdown is over.

Absolutely avoid at all costs. Go under Spartan autos. Seen a car advertised through autotrader high pressure sale techniques used to make me put a deposit down claiming I had to put it down in a hour before as people were coming to view it, which wasn't made aware that it was nonrefundable. Communication next to none the owner couldn't get off the phone quick enough acting as if he was busy all the time or just avoiding my calls and not responding to texts. Agreed on putting a fresh mot on for about a week before I take delivery and still hasn't been done. Asked for deposit back and was told it was nonrefundable as I have lost him many sales. Initially arranged for them to deal with delivery wanting money upfront but got defensive when I stated I much prefer arranging my own delivery. Upon further investigation the car is incorrectly advertised the mileage is incorrect as per the pictures of the cars mileage clock and the expiry date of MOT. Trading standards have been informed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Go by the name of spartan autos as well. Refused refund deposit after i exposed them for fraud, high pressure sale techniques and misleading information all of which i kept evidence of. Been reported to trading standards, ombudsman and citizens advice. Gave them a week make things right with no reply. Avoid at all costs

First of all have to say excellent customer service went to view a car which i really liked phoned up spoke to adam who is a very genuine guy told me everything i needed to know before viewing unlike most garages told me the good and also bad bits which he will rectify on purchase went to see the car exactly how it was advertised very welcoming and straight forward no script talk like most traders talked me through each step of my finance sorted everything out on the day saved me coming back and forward will 100% recommend to any1 looking to buy a good reliable car keep it up lads all the best hope to see you in the future

If I could give no stars i would, they buy cars from auctions that are knackered. I bought a car from here that was pretty much a write off as the inlet seals had gone in the engine leaving me without a car for 3 weeks. When I took the car back for a refund after they said they had "fixed it" they hadn't. I had left some belongings in the car by accident they said they would send these on to me. They never did.
