What a lovely team raj and Jay so helpful I came for a balloon for my sons birthday he is not well has not got long to live unfortunately was not much excited as losing my son but expressed my pain to raj the store manager he said sir we will make the best balloon bouquet and make it very special for him and a memory to cherish took me from the card to the badge to candles and to the balloon Jay was amazing and so nice my son had one hell of a memorable time I will never forget what raj and Jay did for me so polite raj even paid for the bouguet and I did feel bad but have to admit in life there are very nice people in the world thank you both so much means a lot thank you God bless you you both hope you both have a bright and lovely future x

Lovely shop and friendly staff. Good selection of things for birthdays etc.
Was greeted at the door by the store manager Raj who knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me find exactly what I need. He went the extra mile and served me at the till, inflated the balloons and tied the strings so I was all set. Stellar instore experience - thank you Raj!
