I ordered goods for family birthday for next week. I paid for next day delivery but the goods came two days later. I emailed card factory customer service and was told that there are no next day delivery and deliveries are not guaranteed to come next day. I also asked for my next day delivery monies paid to be refunded. My family also ordered goods on 02/02/21 for next day delivery and received an email from card factory stating that the goods will be delivered on 11/2/21 which is after the birthday. This is bad Customer Service if we know there would be no next day delivery services we would order two months in advance. My family and I both tried to contact contact Card Factory on their online Chat and it do not work. We are very disappointed and annoyed that the goods are to be delivered after the birthday.

This company has a policy that says because Scottish bank notes can be forged they will not accept them in any of their stores! What rubbish. They are legal tender and just as secure as English notes. You phone head office and even though “your call is important to us” no one after 20 minutes answers the phone.
I purchased some Christmas cards on line they arrive on time cards were brilliant excellent service would highly recommend
The company are fast to take your orders online but nearly 2 weeks later no order that was placed on the 2nd December 2020 .I cant contact anyone on the phone ,they dont respond to there email.There Facebook messenger again is not responding to me in fact a bunch of thieves.I will be looking at suing them as to let someone down before Xmas with a order is disgusting.....Not fit to trade Online ..
I ran the Mental Health First Aid course at The Card Factory today and it's so good to see an organisation that cares about the mental health of their staff and proactively working to promote good mental health. Well done and CONGRATULATIONS to Everyone.
