Went to the Card Factory in Coulsdon with the impossible task of finding a little something for an 82 year old lady. Thinking at least I could get a card, Hebe, the manager was SUPER helpful and came up with some really good little gift ideas. She was very friendly and professional...greeted me with a hello bespite being busy with another customer. Today, where customer service is a rare rare thing, even by shop managers, it was a refreshing experience to be a part of the Card Factory customer service experience. You might think Im Hebes best friend and this a fix, but had never seen the lady before that day. Can garenti you that all my future card/ wrapping paper/ little fun gifts purchases will be from the Card Factory in Coulsdon. Top marks....
