Visited your Exmouth store this week whilst on holiday in Devon. I just want to say the store manager Wanda and assistant Charley were particularly helpful. Dealing with this heat and the current pandemic brilliantly. Both had a smile for everyone. (Even with a face mask on, haha) Outstanding customer service! Well done! Wish the Card Factory near me dealt with their customers in the same way!

Annoying man, (David?) on the door asking everyone to sanitise or to "squirt some sanitiser on" or "give yourself a quick sanitise" as they enter the store.. Not really appropriate. Cards are good value but David's attitude has really put me off of going in there again.

Used to be a great selection of reasonably priced cards, but the selection and quality is not as good as it was. Be prepared also at special occasion times like Christmas and Valentines, to have less choice of normal birthday cards. Sometimes, the wait at the tills can be long and it's not always easy to negotiate your way around as there are very cramped areas

Where would be without places like this?! Decent prices on greeting cards, gift wrap and the such like, who wants to pay more than you spent on the present on all the frilly stuff when we all know it eventually ends up in the bin, never understood why one greeting card often costs more than a 2.50 in Smith's / Clintons etc. maybe I'm just being stingy!! ...if you visit a Card Factory you can always come out with more for your money.

The shop itself and what it sells is ideal. It has a good, but small, selection of cards, wrapping paper and gifts for all occasions. Unfortunately due to its size and layout the shop does get cramped quickly. The person who served us today was rather slow and uncommunicative. There was no smile or pleasantries, and unfortunately no apologies for keeping anyone waiting.

A good place to buy cards at a low price. You can also buy gifts, cellotape and balloons in store. I'm a bit of a card designer myself, and I hope to get some of my cards sold there, too.
