Great friendly staff always helpful and polite

Absolutely manic people don't know where they are going walking up and down only being managed at the door but still allowing to many people in the store. In one of the boxed floor marking there was four people and staff were aware and saw never said anything. Staff saw myself having a panic attack and all she done was stopped and stared ignorance at its finest. Staff have serious attitude issues and needs to be retrained in customer service they don't have a clue the hand sanitiser at the front looks filthy like it has never been cleaned the shop its self is filthy and looked unclean.
Staff are rude and block the aisles. no social distancing is not controlled 1 way system is not monitored staff are apparently telling customers go wrong way. They allowed too many people in store at once my wife told staff she was shielding but they did not seem to care. Shocking will avoid here from future till you improve
Staff were very rude ,and abrupt when i visited today .the hand sanitizer bottle for customers ,looked like it hadn't been cleaned .Avoid using lots of other cheaper card shops in town centre .
Good prices, good selection
It's ok cards are cheap and you can find some nice ones if you are prepared to spend time going through them. The staff are very friendly.
